The mentorship initiative is meant to umbrella all of our programs. Involves the training of youth coaches and students to become leaders in the community. Provides them with the opportunity to coach, volunteer and mentor younger students.

Mentorship Program for Elementary School Wrestling: A 3-4 month long program that culminates in a tournament for Elementary School students Grades 6-8 (in participating schools). Members of the high school wrestling team go to Elementary Schools and lead their own practices. Each school has a designated teacher supervisor for the program. Wrestling mats are delivered to all participating schools.
